Dennis is dedicated to helping individuals who have suffered serious injuries and families who have experienced the wrongful death of a loved one.  Dennis had spent many years representing manufacturers, corporations, and insurance companies in personal injury, product liability, fire and explosion accidents and wrongful death actions.  He has learned how they think, strategize and operate.

About Dennis Brown

Dennis W. Brown began practicing law in 1981 and has tried over 100 criminal and civil jury trials, and has represented clients throughout countless arbitrations and bench trials. Following law school, Dennis was a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Paul V. Hodges on the Colorado Supreme Court. Dennis then worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado before entering the private practice of law. Dennis spent years representing corporations, manufacturers and insurance companies learning how they operate and strategize. Now, Dennis is dedicated to helping those who have suffered serious personal injuries and wrongful death of a loved one.

Dennis has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America, recognized as a SuperLawyer and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. In 1997, Dennis was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)- an invitation only group of experienced and respected trial attorneys. Dennis was honored to have served as President of the Colorado ABOTA chapter from 2005 to 2006. Dennis was also inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America, another invitation only honorary society of accomplished trial attorneys.

Dennis has served as lead counsel in product liability lawsuits in over 21 states throughout the country. Dennis has lectured on a wide range of legal matters, including: fire and explosion investigations, personal injury damages, the effective cross-examination of opposing expert witnesses, traumatic brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries, to name a few.

 Dennis loves spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs.  He also enjoys hiking, running, mountain climbing, rock climbing and white water kayaking, all outdoor activities Colorado is known for.

Dennis has been very active in the community having served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Outward Bound School, Make-A-Wish Colorado, the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) and the Desert Foundation.
